ar44 Terms and Conditions

3.4 Closing Your Account

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The payment methods currently accepted at ar44 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (by any method). All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements on a bonus have not been met.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

ar44 is committed to preventing money laundering and fraud. If suspicious transactions or activities are identified, the account may be temporarily suspended and assets frozen for investigation.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 200% bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before any bonus can be withdrawn, a 25x wagering requirement must be met. This means that if the bonus amount is ৳1,000, a total of ৳25,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal.

• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time from the date the bonus was received, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

VIP cashback is credited to your account every Monday within a set timeframe. Separate wagering requirements may apply to cashback.

ar44 is firmly committed to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using software bots, automation tools or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage. If you discover such a flaw, notify the support team immediately.
• Colluding with other players to share bonuses or profits.
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward any staff member or other member of the platform.

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and other published policies of ar44 together constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the platform and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.

13.2 Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that clause will be removed, but the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.

13.3 No Waiver

If ar44 does not exercise any right under these Terms in a particular instance, this will not be considered a waiver of that right in the future.

13.4 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute between the parties will be resolved through mutual agreement.
